HOW TO RETURN 

 

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
  • Returned items are sent at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as JO&JOE cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.


 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You can return items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In their original condition
  • With all labels still attached

Please take extra care when trying on footwear to avoid marking the soles or uppers, and ensure they are tried on indoors and on a clean surface.



 

REFUNDS

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or have been returned in an unsuitable condition.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

 


 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
